Yes, we have HICAPS for private health claiming on the day of your appointment.
Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
We ask our clients for 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation fees may apply as follows;
Late Cancellation: 50% of Scheduled Fee
Non Attendance: Full Fee
Private Health Fund Rebates
We have HICAPS and can process your private health fund extras claim on the day of your appointment.
Chronic Disease Management Program
Children with complex care needs may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate ($52.95 per session) for up to 5 Speech Pathology visits per year. Children may be eligible if they require services from more than one medical or allied health practitioner (e.g. Speech Pathology PLUS Psychology, Occupational therapy, Audiology, or Medical Specialist). Ask your GP for more information about your eligibility for a CDM plan.
Your child’s Speech Pathology file is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of this information at all times. We will seek your permission to release any information concerning your child to others involved in their care, such as doctors, psychologists, teachers and carers.
