Telehealth and Clinic
Our therapists are providing both in-clinic and Telehealth services. Telehealth is often convenient when families are in isolation or life is too busy to travel!
Our staff are fully vaccinated. Parents, guardians and children aged 12 and over can attend our clinic if fully vaccinated and able to show proof of vaccination status.
Limiting family attendance
We ask that only one parent attend with the child who requires therapy and that you make arrangements for your other children to be cared for at home. If your child is comfortable seeing the therapist alone you can wait in your car with other children and observe the session via a Zoom link.
Waiting Room closure and Payments
Our waiting room remains closed. Please arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time and you will be taken directly into the clinic room. We offer a variety of options for non-contact payments including Medipass and direct transfer.
Therapy staff, parents and children aged 8 and over are still required to wear masks - the rules for Allied Health clinics have not changed.
Illness or isolation
Please call us to reschedule your appointment or change to Telehealth if you or your child has Covid or other signs of illness. If you or your child is a close contact you may attend if you are following current guidelines and have a negative RAT on the day of the session.
We have air purifiers in all areas of the clinic.
